By downloading, installing, or using DialedBrew ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
DialedBrew is an espresso shot tracking and analysis app for iOS. The app provides extraction timing, shot logging, Bluetooth device integration, AI-powered analysis, and analytics tools to help home baristas track and improve their espresso.
DialedBrew is a tracking and analysis tool, not a professional barista consultant. All AI feedback, grind suggestions, extraction analysis, and shot recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes only. Results depend on the data you enter and your equipment. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of AI analysis or the quality of your espresso.
DialedBrew offers subscription plans (Monthly and Annual) and a Lifetime purchase that provide access to Pro features. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings.
All espresso data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your own data. We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or any other cause. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
The app uses Apple's Vision framework for on-device image analysis and CoreBluetooth for scale and device connectivity. No espresso data is sent to third-party servers. We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of Bluetooth device connections.
DialedBrew, including its design, code, and content, is owned by DialedBrew. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DialedBrew shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
